The Final Payment is required 6 weeks prior to occupation. Along with this, we require a Refundable Cautionary Deposit of £200 to cover any serious accidental or non accidental damage or breakages, any unusual or excessive cleaning costs and the cost of any goods or services provided for you for which you have not paid. All refunds will be sent by cheque 10 days after the departure date. Upon booking confirmation, a 20% non-refundable deposit is payable.
